Swim Fees Policy
Annual Registration and Membership Fees
All swimmers must pay an annual Swim Ontario registration fee which covers Swim Canada’s mandatory insurance for each of our swimmers for the swim year. Each swimmer must also pay a mandatory KSS annual membership fee which helps cover some of the administrative / office costs for the club. Swim Ontario and KSS membership fees must be paid in full at the time of the swimmer’s initial registration. These fees will not be pro-rated for swimmers who join part way through the year.
Session Fees
Session swim fees (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer) are due prior to the beginning of the swim session. Session swim fees must be paid in full for Junior Sharks. Installments are offered for Competitive and Masters swimmers. Arrangements for installments or deferral of fees must be made in advance of the start of the session with the Membership and Accounts representative. Session Fees include Mandatory Fundraising. For all Junior Sharks and Competitive swimmers, fundraising is mandatory. Fundraising credits may be used for up to 25% of the session fee for swimmers under the age of 18. For further information contact the Membership and Swimmers Accounts Representative, any member of the Executive or view the Fundraising information under Policies on this site.

Assistance with Swim Fees
“Triple Play” is an organization in Kenora that offers financial assistance to children so they can participate in local organized sports. If your family requires financial assistance to allow your children to participate please contact the Triple Play Coordinator through the Lake of the Woods Child Development Centre at 467-5437. We want all children with the desire to be able to swim with our club.
Insufficient Funds (NSF) Club Service Charge
Anytime a check is returned to the swim club due to not sufficient funds (NSF) we are charged by our Credit Union. Because of this there will be a $15.00 service charge on all NSF cheques.
