Kenora Swimming Sharks

**UPDATED** Junior Sharks Trial Program ~ December 8 and 10

This is a program designed to let young swimmers experience our KSS Junior Sharks Program prior to making a registration commitment.  When ?    Tuesday December 8 and Thursday December 10, 2009 between 5:00 – 6:00 PM at the Kenora Recreation Centre (the Aquatic Centre). Registration will take place in the “café” area on Tuesday December 8/09 between 4:30 – 5:00 PM.

 For Whom ??   Young swimmers aged 5 to 7 (Baby Sharks) and 8 to 14 (Junior Sharks) who love swimming and who are currently capable of swimming at least one pool width (42 feet) on their front and/or back.

 What Will You Do ???    Our Junior Sharks coaches will conduct two one hour lessons during which you will sample the various activities that our swimmers experience during our regular Junior Sharks Program. Activities will include stroke improvement instruction, learning to dive, learning to turn, under water swimming and water games.

 How Much Will It Cost ????    $20.00 per swimmer. Swimmers who then decide to join our Junior Sharks Program will receive a $10.00 credit towards their Junior Sharks registration fee for the KSS Winter Session which is scheduled to run from Monday December 14, 2009 to Saturday March 13, 2010.
