I love coaching because if offers me the opportunity to share my knowledge and experience to help young swimmers develop into little athletes. I enjoy the challenge of motivating and exciting the kids so that they grow to love swimming and look forward to the chance to compete. There is such a great sense of satisfaction and enjoyment in being a part of their on-going improvement and development.
