Sanctioned KSS Time Trial ~ Friday April 24/09 ~ 4:30 – 5:30 PM ~ The KSS will run a sanctioned Time Trial on Friday April 24/09 so that swimmers in CG3 and CG4 can achieve the NWO Regional pre-requisite times in the 200 Free and the 200 IM needed for entry into the Thunder Bay International Swim Meet in May. The times needed are: 12 & Under ~ 200 Free – Under 5:00; 200 IM – Under 6:00. 13 & Over ~ 200 Free – Under 4:00 and the 200 IM – Under 5:00.
